Increasing Your Leadership Potential Using MBTI
BACKGROUND
This workshop is specially designed for individuals who want to increase leadership effectiveness through higher levels of self-awareness, self-management and empathy.
Using the MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) framework, participants will learn how to flex themselves in areas like communicating, leading, decision-making, working and learning in order to adapt to different situations and people around them.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This workshop is targeted at those who see the need for life-time development and want to improve their leadership abilities in ways that not only fit their job situation, but also match their personality preferences.
The workshop is suited for all members in an organisation or group, from personnel to senior management.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
